I have starting learning logistics and shipping flow by drawing on white board, once i get it I draw on a wide chart, working on modules, brainstorming and discussing with Product owners and my team, I draw new flows on miro board. then didi the LO-FI prototyping on wireframes and for undertanding and quick testing of general flow with business. once flow approved then its time to convert wireframes into HI-WI Mockups with improved prototyping. then a whole module presented to the business and tested well. recording the patterns how they are proceeding to the final stages. reocrding behavioural charts for easy/difficult/confusing the product they feel.
